We constructed a 5 bedroom duplex with two bathrooms and a garage in Merrylands. The task of redesigning the bottom of the house was quite challenging. We had to be cautious with our measurements and selection of materials to maintain structural adequacy without compromising the floor plan.

Since this project was executed during COVID, we had to be vigilant about following all safety protocols that were advised by the healthcare department. Despite the rising costs of materials and limitations posed by the pandemic, we were able to successfully complete the project on time.
